Tooth and Mouth Problems

My sister is having extra teeth on her upper and lower gums. They are growing from the uppermost / lowermost part of the gum and are not covering any part of her permanent teeth. Please give a solution fast as 5 teeth are already present on the gums.

Can we change a doctor in midst of RCT ? Because my doctor is telling that my mouth is getting very stiff and he is unable to do the RCT .

This is my 3rd time, I'm getting repetitive mouth ulcers every fortnight. Not sure, what's wrong and should I again visit an ENT specialist or any other doctor. But really need some help here.

I have all-on-4 nobel biocare implants on my lower, and 6 NeoDental implants on my upper. On my lower i had the titanium+zircona made by a doctor in Bangalore, but they messed up and it is now misaligned. I am looking to get both my upper and lower done in March in Bangalore. I need someone who is experienced, who can use CAD/CAM and make sure alignment is correct along with bite, etc. I also need someone who can be accountable
