Ideally for a posterior tooth you should go for the highest range i.e.all-ceramic or zirconia crowns as it has the best chewing strength.

This is usually a range of metal- silver coloured 2nd range would be metal ceramic- tooth coloured with metal inside And 3rd costliest would be all ceramic, fully tooth coloured and no metal inside..
Next Steps
Can go with middle range crown if it's a back tooth.. but 8000 is on the higher side for that..
