Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am suffering from extreme pain in my upper widom tooth. My dentist has adviced extraction of it. But my sugar is not in control and it cannot be performed immediately. So by the time it comes under control i am prescribed Voveran-d thrice a day but it is not working at all. My pain is so intense that it is difficult to tolerate it. Please suggest some better pain killer that could relieve my wisdom tooth pain immediately. Please suggest some pain killers .

I have overlapping teeths in the upper jaw and crooked in the lower jaw. Is there any pain-free treatment for this

Is bad breathe problematic ? I do not have any health issues nor have I experienced any symptoms to doubt if I have any issue. But off late I have been having this bad breathe. I do brush my teeth properly and even clean my tongue regularly, so I am not sure what is causing this issue. Would not drinking enough water cause bad breathe. Is this something to worry. Pls advise

I am having tooth pain from last 2 weeks. It's root canal is done before 7 years and has cap. X-ray is clear. No problem in RC done. Still it pains sometimes while eating.
