Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi i have no pain in tmj but my tmj joint is stuck may be behind that joint bone due to which i feel various problems also neck pain shoulder pain dry eye, eye & throat discomfort. Which xray should i do to evaluate, i m undergoing ortho treatment as well when i came across tmj problem but since its causing some discomfort in throat as well its affecting my breathing i want to treat it.  please suggest me Tmj specialist in Bangalore near HSR layout or other locations.

My jaw sweeling since 1 week I continue serritopeptidase but not found and result and a small ulcer there what I have to do now.....kindly advised

I have badly tooth ache I have taken tolpa d tablet past 30 min still no relief Can I take one more tablet?
