I am experiencing tooth pain and see a black thing on my tooth as seen in turn a picture, is it cavity? Is there anything I can do to cure that?

I have been suffering from tooth ace and my dentist suggested to me remove wisdom tooth through surgery but I 'd like to save wisdom tooth ...........
