Tooth and Mouth Problems

I got my lower right last molar removed yesterday at 12noon. I have been prescribed Flagyl400, Novaclox lb and reactin50. I have got stiches after my tooth bone was rubbed with some instrument. 24 hours have passed. I am getting complete black stool. Is it normal or abnormal? I am unable to open mouth and have constant pain in that region and swelling also. Any advise? Also please advise me how many times a day i should rinse my mouth with salt water?
