Go for warm saline rinse and limcee tablet two times a day with multivitamin for atleast 7 days a day.

It may be due to decayed Tooth,traauma in gums,or other reasons which can be diagnosed only after seeing radiographs and clinical pictures ...u may send it or consult a dentist

Hello sir.....it might be due to deep cavity or deposits on the teeth .kindly practo consult along with the photograph of that area.Regards.
