Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, I got my lower right last wisdom tooth removed yesterday. 22 hours have passed. Can i brush my teeth with toothpaste and cold water. Also can i rinse with lukewarm water now? And thirdly i have been given ice pack. For how many times and days i have to use that. Also after 22 hours i can see whitish thing around the extraction site i have got stiches.Is it normal? and i feel constant feeling of pain.I need advice on this. Please suggest.

Biospy is taken from Santokba Dhurlabji Memorial Hospital n ya V're done with the CT scan of neck prefferede by the doctor n reports are normal n blood test was aslo done which is related to cancer n reports of dt a normal too...  Doctor also asked for MRI so reports of MRI are going to come today....

Hello doctor .I have very dark black upper lips and in the lower end of my lower lip too .so is there any treatment for that ? I have heard of lip pigmentation so what is that .?is it related to the treatment ? If not please do tell me what treatment should I get done
