My gums are getting down . Not paining , not swollen and not bleeding but they are leaving teeth and going downward

Get your scaling and polishing done at least once a year as it is a preventive treatment to maintain gum health. If there is no gum disease then a traumatic bite may be the cause of recession of gums. Treatment depends on the cause. Clinical examination will establish diagnosis
