Hi
Impacted third molars cause the symptoms that you have mentioned.Any solution offered will only give you temporary relief. You need to get them removed by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. In the mean time you can take painkiller. Also try warm salt water rinsing three times daily till you feel some relief.
