Dental Abcess.
I Have dental Abcess and cyst is formed under my 3 lower front teeth. Doctor told me 3 teeth will undergo RCT or any other method or your preference. Should I go for Non surgical or Surgical or extraction? What will be cost of individual process including capping? Plz someone suggest me the cheapest and durable procedure.

You need to be evaluated with an xray and clinical examination
Having said this , going by your description you may require rct...and also a periapical procedure

In my opinion,you should go for RCT as it shall save the teeth.Cost cannot be revealed without thorough clinical evaluation.
