Tooth and Mouth Problems

While tongue scraping blood is coming from my mouth. The blood is look a like clotted blood.after this my trachea becomes harder and proubleming in eating food.I consulted the doctor he prescribed ethamsulate, rebamipide with gasto retentive drug. Actually what's the problem... Kindly tell me

How much does it cost for clear acrylic orthotics for tmj treatment & can we wear them in night ? What is the difference between Tens & k7 treatment ? Do we need night guards differently even if we have orthotics ? Are splints also useful yo treat tmj if mouth opening is shifting on one side ?

When I open and close my mouth I am getting some cracking sound  on the left side of jaw but I don't have pain. May I know what is the problem?

I had done filling in one of my lower teeth,  the one next to the wisdom tooth..  i started to get severe pain after a week of filling and now i have been told that it is pulpitis and i need to get a rootcanal treatment, is there any way that pulpitis can be treated with medicines,  also if i want to avoid rct, can i get the tooth extracted , my concern if the missing tooth can cause issues with other tooth also??
