Hai Sir/Madam, Best foods for Gas problem persons. I have suffering from gas problem since my night shift job. What ever the food I consume I am getting gas in different parts of my body. Mostly in stomach, some times at chest place, neck, Throat and headache rarely. I have been using pantadoc, rabeprazole tablets, sucralfate and oxetacaine syrup. I delivered a C - section baby 10 days back and was tested covid positive on the day of delivery with No symptoms at all . It was hard motion when i passed motion on 6th day and now I'm passing motion once in a day from 2 days daily. It's a bit watery motion now. I'm drinking milk and water daily.
