I am feeling discomfort in upper abdomen just below the chest in the middle. Feeling like something is stuck in esophagus. I have conducted my endoscopy in December 2020. From December 2020 I am feeling same problem. Sometimes I feel ok and then again problem persist. Now doctor has prescribed me tablet Razo 20 empty stomach and librax before food two times a day. My weight in Feb 2020 is 75 kg and now it is 70 kg . My Hb is above 13 . Kindly suggest what should I do . Can I again go for endoscopy . Kindly suggest. I am thyroid patient also

I have used several medicine and churan as well however there's no improvement in my digest system. In morning I have to spend 30-40 minutes in washroom and after having a cup of coffee again again I would need to go washroom for 10-15 minutes, can you suggest what can I do to deal with this?

Dear sir I am suffering from duodenitis from last 2 months The symptoms are Stomach pain Burning in stomach Shortness of breath Leg pains Headache Dizziness Ribs pain Left hand pain For the left hand pain i taken ECG also and doctor told me you dont have any problem with cardiac... But i am feeling shortness of breath and tightness of chest... And particularly in the night time i am suffering from leg pains...and headache... I don't have any blood in stools.. Question from my Aunt based out of India. I want to know about the surgical options about GERD, I am suffering a lot and taking medications has been a hassle for me considering the side-effects. What's the success rate for surgery. My family doctor told me it's not very worth it. It works well for one year and after most of the patients has suffered plus also have to deal with the complications according to him. So I just want to know if let's say patient wants to go through surgery can it be done anytime here in India or we just have to go through the whole process of trial and error with other methods and the last option would be surgery? Can it be done anytime if patient requests, is it really worth it for life long?
