I suffered from muscle spasm for which I took treatment. Currently while sleeping on stomach when I wake inbetween I feel slight pain in right lower abdomen which goes away after I change position. Also when I am in squat position for sometime I feel slight discomfort and heaviness in right position. No consistent pain is there. Is this pain related to muscle spasm?

I am having gastric troubles for more than a month now. Someone suggested me taking carbamide forte probiotic 30 billion cfu. I am currently taking 1 table in empty stomach and 1 after dinner.
