Hello, Can you please advise if we get pain in left hand during acidity reflux. I've already got a ECG and 2d scan check up done and both the reports were normal and how long will it usually take for the acidity to heal ?

Can someone tell me any yoga exercise or some safe home made juice which will keep me free from acidity , bloating and constipation .

On lying down, severe acid reflux till throat every night. Drinking diovol gives temporary relief. Wake up multiple times at night. Morning the throat is too much sore due to all this.

I have been suffering from loose stool once a day for 4 years. Recently i got to know that when i eliminate protein from my diet . My stool becomes normal. (Pepsin supplement helps when i take Protein in my diet). Should i take pepsin supplement regular or not... Any cure is available for this condition.. Short Colonoscopy done - normal.... Iga ttg done - normal... Symptoms are   1- loose stool once a day 2- burping a lot 3- bloating I think ppi makes all this trouble...
