Doctor from past 2months I have chest tightness and burping problem what solutions for this I have all test even endoscopy.

Breathing problems after eating or after walked wake up in the morning I don't why can u please help me what to do I hv covid check but negative what happened my ultrasound ok endoscopic ok liver ok kidney ok everything normal but I hav breathing problems why?????
