I am getting more burp from past 2 months, empty stomach also burp and eating time also burp ,and I feel little tightness near abdomen area any solutions

And one multi vitamin tonic lycobel which has t be takn after lunch and dinner .and sorbiline.is he diagnosed me correctly?
