I am suffering from heavy gas , burping and constipation. I feel like I cannot breathe. I feel pain in my chest and middle of the breast. I go to washroom three to four times in a day, sometimes just having after dinner or lunch or breakfast. I have been suffering from piles and fistula as well. Are these three things connected with each other? It has been three four months of all these. I have taken different medicines for heavy bloating in my stomach,nothing worked out? Kindly suggest me the solution.

I have been using ppi and prokinetics since a year and i have started experiencing hairfall. Can this be due to these medicines?

Today i noticed i can feel a lump type structure on my right side of upper abdomen. I have attached the picture for pinpointing the location. Also the abdomen feels tighter and harder on right side as compared to left. I was having some oily stool after a fatty diet, so i was just checking my stomach casually.
