Is there a permanent cure for chrons disease affected in large intestine? Please help... I have been suffering from Chrons since last 4 years...

Hello doctor had multiple ultrasounds and blood tests all were normal as I had a feeling of heavy ness in right side of abdomen after 4 months I had a ct scan it showed 4.5 mm lymph node but when I visited a gastro he said you have nothing irs normal but if it's normal then why It was darkened in the report? My reports like. Ultrasound always come. Normal doesn't a usg Dtwect a lymph node?
