Is it normal to see a contracted gall bladder in ultrasound? Can gall stones seen in contracted gall bladder?

From last 2-3 month,i am suffering from sevier constipation issue. At every morning I feel uneasy becaz stool is not coming out properly. I feel 10% of my stool is coming each day not fully satisfied . Plz suggest.

Hello. I have been recently diagnosed with fatty liver grade 3 during USG. My Sgpt is 60 and sgot is 31. All the remaining markers in LFT are normal. I want to understand how serious this issue is. I have also modified my diet and started workout. (My weight is 85 kgs and my height is 178 cm). Please let me know if these steps are enough to reverse my condition. Regards.
