I have been suffering from Gastric for the past two months. Earlier it was heartburn and inflammation of the chest and now it is bloating and a dull ache in the epigastric region. I have had an ultrasound done which was normal and tried several medications. But as soon as I finish my course it comes back. Help me with it please

Hi I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS and is under medication for the same. I am having a severe hairfall and I am unable to understand if this is due to my condition. I need an advice to get my hair fall under control.

I'm having irregular bowel symptoms for over 20 years. Most often I have incomplete defecation and have to strain many times. Due to which I have developed internal haemorrhoid which occasionally bleeds. I'm under general medical supervision and done colonoscopy multiple times. So don't need general education about diet, exercise etc. I have a specific question. Can glycerin suppository provide relief from the incomplete defecation problem? Is it safe to use occasionally and is it effective? Thanks.

I am having pain in right side of stomach Wich is extended right back and in shoulder. If I breathe little heavier or laugh then it becomes more pain. Not able to sleep as it feels pin is getting stabbed inside.

Hi , I tend to burp a lot m, especially if I eat some spicy food. Had vertigo problem few days back. EnT doc asked to get Upper Gi Endoscopy done. I have 10months baby. Is it really that serious to get the Endoscopy done? I have onky burping issue, some people keep passing gas in the form of farts , but I get burps instead is what I observed. Please help me. Does vertigo medicines worsen gastritis? Also during my menstrual cycle it causes bloating most of the times. Please suggest me something. Thank you

Hello sir, I am suffering from depression for last two years that caused Erosive gastritis on endoscopic test I got check up yesterday in day time on 23 July 2021 and found to be erosive gastritis After facing more than an year such over acidity and constipation. Today finally my problem automatically getting treated now I am feeling bit more hunger and getting soft stool (normal stool) all of sudden without taking medications. If my digestion completely treated in next few days then should I take medicines and get checked up again or I shouldn't start medications By God's grace I got checked up yesterday after facing years in it, it automatically started treating just on the next day without even starting medications.

My father is in his early sixties now with high BP and diabetes (Fasting: 99, PP: 173, HBA1C: 6.2) and takes daily medication for both (Arbitel 40 & Glycomet GP 0.5).He has had gastric issues since many years now. But off late, these issues seem to be escalating. He has been taking 1 PAN D also once a day since the last 15 days. He suffers from excessive flatulence, constant passing of smelly gas and constipation issues. He needs to go to the washroom as soon as he finishes his lunch everyday. Still it doesn't clear his bowel. Want to know if it is ok for him to take probiotic capsules available in the market. Have heard many good reviews for them. It would be great if any one of them can help relieve my father's condition. Please advise on the same and suggest any probiotic capsule names, if possible. Also, pl. Let me know how many CFU probiotic will be suitable for my father's condition.
