Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi i got endoscopy few days back. Doctor has diagnosed H Pylori infection and Grade B Esophigtis and GERD. Doctor has advises me below mentioned medications to treat H Pylori first. Medications : Tab Esomeprazole 40 mg in Morning Tab Clarithromycin 500 mg - Morning and Night (2 tablets per day) Tab levofloaxin 500mg - One tablet in morning Tab Cardace (5mg) - My regular BP medication Tab Pantocid 80mg Dual release - One tablet at bed time These medications are prescribed for 14 days. My question is is it safe to consume so many medications for two weeks and also this is the second time I am diagnosed with h Pylori (earlier in 2018 I was diagnosed with h Pylori infection and no other stomach issues).

Since last 1 week constipation and piles problem. Blood is coming while passing stool with pain. Kindly prescribe medicine.

Hello doctor had multiple ultrasounds and blood tests all were normal as I had a feeling of heavy ness in right side of abdomen after 4 months I had a ct scan it showed 4.5 mm lymph node but when I visited a gastro he said you have nothing irs normal but if it's normal then why It was darkened in the report? My reports like. Ultrasound always come. Normal doesn't a usg Dtwect a lymph node?
