Stomach Problems & Remedies

From last 3 days i have been seeing threadworms in stool, also in night they are comming out in counts of 10-12. I have some abdominal distress also, what to do?

Sir feb 2021  I had alcohol nexttight blood in poop from that day I had fear and didnt slepp and eat properly june ive done endoscopy lax Les grade ll rut positive and duodenal erosion. Completely avoided non veg can I eat non veg body becoming weak pls give diet

Facing loose motion and stomach pain after covid vacination. Can i take any medicine for this Is this will be fine

The patient has been suffering from constipation and constant stomach ache from many days. And also there is some taste and smell disorder from 2 months. All blood tests and CT scan PNS have been done. But no relief yet.

Ultrasound  last week : Normal, endoscopy in 2019 , h pylori treated. I am facing digestion issues, anything irritate my stomach and then abdominal pain start, burping starts. Bowel movements are altered sometimes constipation and sometime urge to go again and again Got relief : by antacid, acotrust but when I stop these medicines problem starts again.

Dear doctor 10 days before undergone large inguinal scrotal hernia open surgery I need to sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy can I do now

I recently had a fistula surgery (June'21) and gallbladder removal surgery along with ERCP (June'20) and the biopsy report of fistula (concluding Chronic Inflammation) is suggesting towards IBD. I have medical history of awful diarrhoea, and real bad post-op constipation after both the surgery. I have been having real bad face acne, occasional pain at knee joints for quite sometimes now. Since I cannot go for colposcopy for 6 weeks because of the fistula surgery, what should I do right now? Consult GI immediately?

At the age of 55 liver test indecate ggtp 123 is it alright ? and sgot and sgpt is 26 and 45 should i worry ?

Sir I recently undergone blood test.it shows Bilirubin Total 1.2mg/dl Bilirubin Direct 0.5mg/dl Bilirubin Indirect 0.7 mg/dl.whether it is normal or to take medicines( further test).can be control with food intake.suggest me healthy diet plan to restore normal.

Please suggest the medicine for constipation. Currently, I take Patanjali Triphla powder in the morning but I am not satisfied. I need a permanent solution for constipation.
