  4. Gerd. lex acidity. Suggest me sir.

Gerd...lex acidity
Sir m suffering from...Lex I used to take PPI pantoprozol DSR from from 20 years at early morning...because day time is less problem but after midnight morning 4/5 clock acidity go high ..and stomach is pain and after taking PPI Will be normal...should I take PPI whole life or I go for surgery please suggest me sir ...thank you..

Continue PPI, if you are comfortable, no issue in taking lifelong, but can consider surgery if condition worsened
