Hi A lax lower esophageal sphincter is quite a common problem . This will usually lead to GERD or gastro esophageal reflux disease that is the acidic content in your stomach can enter into your esophagus and give you a heart burn . Since you also have gastritis simple changes in diet can help you a long way in alleviating your symptoms. Diet modifications such as small frequent meals instead of 3 large meals Avoid carbonated drinks .stop smoking if your are . Avoid spicy food and prefer a bland diet . Also please share the RUT  test resort for further treatment please contact me.
Next Steps
follow up with RUT report ( this would have been taken while doing the endoscopy itself )
Health Tips
avoid spicy food avoid sleeping immediately batter food consumption avoid carbonated drinks stop alcohol coffee tea consumption stop smoking have small frequent meals avoid fatty meals have an exercise  routine and a sleep routine follow with RUT report so I can prescribe medications to you.
