Stomach Problems & Remedies

Having Diarrhoea from last Five days and Fever from last 2 days. Bowel movement 5 to 7 time in a day.

After every meal even small I have feeling of extreme fullness of stomach for 5 to 6 hours and burning in food pipe and throat. Symptoms increase with oil or spicy food. I am suffering this problem since last 2 years and for some months it become  extremely unbearable while for some other it reduces. I can't focus on my day to day work. One important thing is my SGPT and SGOT levels are always high and even go above 100 when problem is at peak. I have done a lot of medications during these 2 years but nothing cured and I can't even eat properly. I have also reduced my weight by around 5 kg as per the doctors advice but nothing happened. I am literally eating boiled food i.e. no oil or spice but nothing works. Note: Had a fibroscan of my liver last year and it was normal. Hello GE Dr. Plz suggest best pre n pro biotic tablet during this pandemic season for stomach problem. Sometimes sudden loose motion started . So which is best brand in this condition.

I have been feeling stomach pain in whole and feel like nausea and sometimes burning with sound in stomach from few days.Prescribe some medicine.

Since last 5 days i feel my stomach long time full after eating breakfast or lunch. Means normally stomach get lighter after 1 hour of taking food regularly but now a days it become full even after 3-4 hours after breakfast or lunch. I dont understand suddenly it's starting. My son is 8+ months and is having constipation problem from past one month or so.... though he poops every day but I feel he doesn't clear his stomach completely. The stool (it's colour is lightest yellow) it's very dry and hard... he uses a lot of pressure while pooping... he is on breast feeding plus top feed.. lately, I have stated his weaning too....

I am facing low grade fever with since 5 months ESR is 62 lymphocytes is 48%.. I am facing GERD too.. With Liver area and abdominal pain.. My WBC is in normal range.. Urine culture shows mild infection.. X ray report is normal.. What to do?
