I have always had issues with respect to bloating, acidity, gas and at times constipation or at times loose bowels. I wanted to have a homeopathy medicine - Bakson's Gastro Aid tablets. Can I have it? And does it have any side effects or reactions with any other medicine.

Since last 2 months I am suffering from Piles on and off and I have tried various allopathic medicines, laxatives but nothing is giving me a permanent relief. The major reason could be constipation. I follow a very healthy diet, I start with Amla juice in hot water in the morning, followed by soaked fig and dry fruits, then vegetable juice, followed by 3-4 types of fruits, followed by a small portion of breakfast. Then I have lunch of roti and some curry followed by butter milk. I include green tea and lemon squeezed water wherever possible. And then I keep dinner light with soup/salad/green vegetable curry. I exercise regularly for 1 hr. I drink 5-6 ltr water. What can I do extra to relieve my constipation. Either I'll not get the urge to pass the stool every day and whenever I do, I am not able to evacuate my bowel fully. This leads to hardening of stool at times. History - I have always had the constipation since childhood, but now it is creating other issues like piles frequently.

Hello Sir, I am detected with large abdomen mass of 25 cm. I had all my tests done regarding cancer. Out of that only 1 test has come more that is CA 125 is 2171 that is high so they suspect ovary cancer but my HE4 is 43.4. Other organs tests are normal. Besides this I had never had a period issues or irregularity. No other symptoms except the hardness of the mass around the belly button but other areas are normal. I am having moderate ascitis around the mass and pleural effusion of my right lungs. I had also tested the liquid from my lungs and stomach. No atypical cells are seen. Yesterday I did my biospy. My abdomen mass is hard so it was bit difficult to take out the tissue. But they took out in 3rd and 4 th time. Well, I am not feeling any pain. Only little bit in that portion. But my belly is swollen so is it natural?

Since past 5 days I have been noticing a slight pain in the left side of the stomach. Lower abdomen pain. I have been eating brown rice off late and since 2 days I am having white rice. Is there a possibility of getting pain due to shift in the intake of the food?

I am facing that problem during stool I seen blood with stool. This is not frequently after a long gap it repeat. I haven't any stomach pain or digestion problem.
