I am feeling pain in lower abdomen and right leg that radiates to lower back. There is no kidney stone in my ultrasound report. What can it be?

I am suffering from heavy gas , burping and constipation. I feel like I cannot breathe. I feel pain in my chest and middle of the breast. I go to washroom three to four times in a day, sometimes just having after dinner or lunch or breakfast. I have been suffering from piles and fistula as well. Are these three things connected with each other? It has been three four months of all these. I have taken different medicines for heavy bloating in my stomach,nothing worked out?
