Hi respected doctors, I just went for tests today,my ALT(SGOT/SGPT) level is 72/149 is there. Please let me know is it ok or I need to go for medicine. Is it high? Please give me a answer.

While i am going for nature call then during the time the poop comes out its feeling like burning sensation and it gets very difficult

About last year same month I experienced that after I have finished excreting something was still stuck that I need to excrete but to my surprise it was not poop. When I stood it went back inside but with little pain. It had continued till now for a year but during some winter months the problem was completely gone but came back in next season. I tried to take a glance at it and it appears to be white and red, I am not completely sure. Please tell me what is it exactly that I did to get this and what can I do to get rid of it.

Hi I have slight fatty liver and sgopt and the other enzyme is slightly increased. I am doing intermittent fasting ..skipping my dinner and eating next day. Feeling burning pain in left abdomen (Navi k just bagal mai) .. feeling like burning in skin.. from last 3 days not able to poop so consult a doctor he give me laxipi tab after taking it having 4 times stool yesterday and from yesterday having this Burning.. so what to do.. and Can able to use sumogel in that part ?? Having diagnosed with kidney stone of 3-4 mm and ovarian cyst. Loose motion since last one week almost 4-5 times a day. Abdominal pain become unbearable , stay almost 5-6 hrs continuously. Urologist said not due to recommended medicine.
