Upper left stomoch pricking kind of pain ,not continuous, only some times..is it because of gastric?

Hello I am going to have endoscopy tomorrow as I felt weird at my stomach but my ultrasound and blood test were normal I am just going to do it to remove my doubt but today I am feeling little acidity as I ate outside food should I delay the procedure so that the endoscopy doesn't show false positive for gerd ?

After my periods are over I am constipated so badly it takes time to relieve me.. It at least takes 10-13 days.. Constipation in sense I am getting bowel movements (smaller amount)but it's After the bowel movements too I feel pressure in rectum which is constipated.. As soon it relives I feel good and back to normal until that why I am constipated
