Difficulty in poop and pain
Am not able to poop smoothly.there is pain inside the anus.formation of excessive gas.i am not able to sleep because its pains alot during night while sleeping.

U should come to the hospital for proctoscopic examination but till then take Zerodol P tab twice daily for five days, Duphalac suspension 20 ml at bed time and apply Ano Metrogyl ointment twice daily inside the anal canal
