I am have trouble passing stool from past 2 days,I am using smuth syrup and isbhaghol . I am drink a lot of water, but still i am not able to  have clear passing of stool. I am having urge to pass stool 7 to 10 times a day but little stool is passing only. I am also having pain in my behind and it's tender to touch as stool is very tight and is difficult to pass out. Kindly suggest what can i do to make things better.

I recently discovered bright red blood in my stool. is it something to worry about? can it be life threatening or cause into rectal cancer?

Sir I had undergone usg whole abdomen few time back in which I found The liver is normal in size,shows diffusely raised parenchymal echogenicity.No focal lesion is seen.The intrahepatic portal and venous radical are visualised.(In the Liver section) Is it normal or serious?
