Hello, my mother facing issue with digestion, nausea, fullness all the time and vomiting at last when motion is getting clear. Whenever she try to eat she feel nausea and fullness. Every time she go toilet, either very less motion happens or sometimes nothing. She is getting weaker and we checked that her hemoglobin also reduced (9). Her D-Dimer was very high last month which is now reduced. Please advice

I'm suffering from gastric trouble since 4 days during nights. I've not taken any medication for it.
