Stomach Problems & Remedies

I recently moved from karnataka to Kerala, so my food habit changed a month ago. I am little intolerance to dairy. I have bad habit of eating fast and without chewing properly. Suddenly I am feeling bloating and burping and gas passing. I had a quarantine during which I had a food and slept without working. Some time over eating also happened along with chewing tobacco ( I am ashamed) and I HAD McD burger and cola with empty stomach in morning. Even I had butter milk twice a day for 7 days. Mean while I had apples and oranges also for continuously along with dates. Had chewing gums also. Consumed less water. And I don't have heart burn but feeling chest dull ache and pain in shoulder blades that shifting. Is it because of food behavior or any heart issue may be. I am healthy with 5'y height and 70 kg weight. I had lot of tea in between. Please give me suggestions.

I have been experiencing Yellow coloured stools from last some days, in between it was brown too sometimes but mostly yellow. It is NOT Pale yellow. Is it normal?
