I feel like something like small food particles are stuck in throat, and burping is dissatisfactory. Any suggestions, feel like its reflux

I always feel a vomiting tendency. I don't feel hungry at all and each and every time I have a puking tendency. After two or three spoons of food my stomach is full. My body is unable to digest food and trends to let all the food out of my food by vomiting. What medication do I need to follow? So that I can feel hungry and there is no vomiting tendency at all. Hello doctor, Myself 32 years old male with no past medical history/ not undergoing any treatment is facing indigestion with bloating,farting, stomach gurgling sound, some time feeling heaviness in upper abdomen after having meals( lunch/ dinner) even with non spicy plain simple food( rice, dal, curry, fish). It is continuing for last 10 days. It is hampering my daily life. No exercise, since it's work from home but I ensure to have healthy home made food, very rarely outside food /junk food I consume. Poop/potty is normal, sausage shape if done on alternate days, if it is happening daily, then it's muddy or creamy type. Also feeling lower back pain near hips every morning after waking up. Morning starts with farting. Sometimes cramping is felt in lower abdomen below navel but it is very occasional. Urine is proper with no irritation and whitish in color. Could you please suggest me and let me know if there is any concern.
