GGT, bilirubin level high
My father is a multibacilliry leprosy patient undergoing treatment since 9 months.He is 56 years old.recently he felt itching all over his body. For that he undergone a liver function test and haemoglobin test.haemoglobin level is 11.4 and in LFT some levels are high like GGT level is 54 U/L, bilirubin total 1.2 mg/dl , congugated bilirubin is 0.4 mg/dl and albumin:globulin ratio is 1.96: 1. Is this a matter of concern and what should be done .is his liver has damaged?plz help..will he cure? Thank you.
