Stomach Problems & Remedies

For past few days, I feel stomach is full all the time. Bloating and sour (unpleasant) mouth. What concerns me is the dizziness accompanied with it. I feel that I'll loose my balance and fall unconscious. Thankfully nothing has happened yet. Pl guide me

Whenever i eat something i feel an urge of washroom After half an hour.  i have to go to washroom for 4-5 times a day. Usually there is no stool formation, liquid type excretion with some white foam typ thing, the colour of excreta is brownish. This problem is from past 2 months.
