Have multiple stone measuring upto 6.7 mm.do I have to take medicines or undergo surgery.wanted advice from gastro specialist

I haar serious pelvic pain since a year and after a lot of misdiagnosis I was told to do a CECT whole abdomen which stated that I have swollen lymph nodes, I got colonoscopy done which showed my ileum was swollen but biopsy showed nothing and FNAC couldn't locate my lymphnodes. Montaux was positive but TB gold negative. My doctor has given me Meds for both abdominal Tb and IBD because the reports were inconclusive . I still have pelvic pain. What if I donot have Tb? Wouldn't it affect my health with the TB medication?

Can gallstone cause missed period?.how can I understand whether my stomach cramp was due to gas or gallstone.

I had been diagnosed with Stomach Ulcers after endoscopy 3 weeks back. I have severe gastritis due to this. I've been taking Nexbook L and Veloz 20 tablets. I recovered from Covid on May 10th. I have been having sleepless nights. Could you please suggest which side I should sleep and when my stomach ulcers will heal completely. I'm struggling because of gastritis and because of this I have light pricking pain in my upper abdomen.

I am having right abdominal pain from last 6 months. Did 5-6 ultrasound scans. All scans showned Fatty Liver and Gallbladder polyps(around 2-4 mm). No luck with the Treatments and suggested medications. Kindly help me out on this. Thanks so much.

From last few months I am having heartburn after meals specially spicy meal. Now its getting bad and even after normal meals the heartburn is there. Its even worse when I lie down. There is no acid reflux just burning sensation in chest. I am completely avoiding spicy food but with normal meals also its causing issue now especially in night time and my sleep is getting disturbed. My motions frequency is also increased to 3-4 times in a day. Please suggest what could be the reason and should I get it checked?
