Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having gastric troubles for more than a month now. Someone suggested me taking carbamide forte probiotic 30 billion cfu. I am currently taking 1 table in empty stomach and 1 after dinner. I was previously taking it 2 tablets empty stomach. I am feeling much better but what should be the dosage. 2 tablets empty stomach or 1 in morning and 1 at night?

Sometimes I've bloating stomach due to which my breathing is getting heavy and difficult to focus...

Recently in few days I had a problem related to GERD and still the problem is persisting. Besides I have a rise bp near about 130/90 . I have previously diagnosed with antral gastritis. So my question is what is the cause of rising bp . Is it related to GERD or something else? I have no other problem.

My stool doesn't happen clearly.. Sometime it happens clear, sometime it doesn't happen, sometimes gas makes in stomach for 10-20min., no pain in stomach. I had  gone my stool test 4 yrs ago and there was nothing, now which test should I go for clearing the stool in one time??

After ultrasound I got to know that I have early stage of appendicitis so I want to know whether constipation is a symptom of it ??
