Bleeding And Burning After Passing Stool - I Had Diarrhea 10

Bleeding and burning after passing stool

I had diarrhea 10 days back where I found some blood after passing stools then 7 days back it happened again but it gave me severe pain and burning sensation. I changed my diet and am plenty of drinking water but the pain is very intense. I take hipbath after going to the bathroom but it doesn't help a lot.
