१५ दिन से पेट सही से साफ नही हो रहा है। Ciplox tz। Oflox tz। ये सब खा लिया हो तब भी अभी आराम नही हो रहा है।

Irritation after having each meal... acid reflux happens often.. can't sleep well at night.. awakening 3 to 4 times at night.. took so many  medicines.. couldn't work.. problem started affter recovered from a viral fever before 2 months..

I'm a 25 year old male. I recently got diagnosis for H. Pylori infection. Doctor gave H. Pylori IgA Stool test which came back Positive with 1.546 Abs value ( Negative < 0.150, Equivocal 0.150-0.180 and Positive > 0.180 ) Doctor has prescribed me the following medicines - Izra 20 - 2 times Augmentin Duo 625 (Amoxillin and Clavulanic Acid) 2 times a day Sucral Gel Vitazyme tablets And Zincovit tablets. My question is that I read online in many papers that H. Pylori infection requires a combination of two antibiotics for treatment, but doctor has prescribed only one. So will this be enough to treat my condition?

From last one month some digestion problem on and off. Got this loose dark oily stool which was preceded by normal stool. Is it blood, on wiping it seems oily and dark in colour. Whats may the cause. Is it blood,do i need to consult in emergency?? Attaching the picture for reference

My father aged 70 had his pacemaker replacement operation on 7.7.21. Prior to this his blood report revealed high blood sugar with hbA1c of 15 and thereafter he has been treated with insulin and Geminor. During his stay in the hospital and after discharge on the 10th July 2021, he is suffering from constipation. From 11th onwards, after two hours of taking his antibiotics in the morning, he starts vomitting. Past couple of days, we gave ondem so he didn't vomit. But today again he vomitted. He always had regular bowels and therefore is in discomfort. We gave him isabgol but it didn't help. He has lost enormous amount of weight in past few months and is anemic too. Kindly advice, what should we do?

I'm having stomach pain since 2days it comes for a minute and goes. So i thought it's because of gas formation in stomach so I took eno yesterday after having breakfast. Since then i started having motions after every meal or after drinking water. Is this something serious.

I have sore throat every day I have gerd. Is it normal to have sore throat everyday . whenever I open my mouth wide I feel throat is stretching. How to know if my gerd is serious. I feel alight pain in throat but I am not able to find out if my gerd is mild or serious. I had done endoscopy twice , latest was 9 months back. I am planning for second baby so worried about gerd.currently not taking any tablets.

Hi Doctor, I have gastric problem, and went up 2 times for endoscopy results in GERD. But i dont have symtoms like heartburn. I have major problem that is,,, left side throat tightness and heaviness feeling, sometimes feels difficulty in talking, my voice goes abnormal and sounds like cracking. And always feels upper stomach bloating. What is the solution for this? Which tablets do i use ??? Please help

Hello sir I am suffering from constipation from last 1 month, it is feeling like blocking someting when i go to motion.i was used a tonic for 2 days but not more than that.still problem was not cleared  and the stomach is feeling tight with gas.Which medicine can i use and how many days? When i tested my LFT the serum bilurubin was 1.3mg and direct bilurubin 0.2mg. Is it normal range . Please help me with the problem sir
