Recently, I am started releasing the gas frequency during late evening inspite of having water intake. Before sleep sometimes frequent release. Less frequently in day especially post lunch. No episode till lunch. I m basically a vegetarian occasionally take egg. No abdominal bloating and not much burping

I vaccinated on 31 july, i had pizza on the same day but couldn't digest it and vomit. Since 2nd Aug my stomach is upset and I'm having loose stools(not complete watery) 2-3 rounds in a day, feeling nauseaous after eating, urge to go washroom after eating and i also lost my appetite. Hello Doctor Iam diagnosed with Hyperacidity I Consulted doctor and after endoscopy He Suggested me Tablets Sompraz-D (1 Time) and Normaxin, after that I discover Morning fatigue and Cramps on chest I visited again then He told me to Stop Normaxin and start T-kinpride 1mg. (2Times) Due to throat I even went to ENT after Examination He Suggested to take Rebamipide (two Times) Riconia (one Time) and syrup Mucaine Gel ( 2times). My Question Can I Take all these tablets together.
