Dear Sir/Madam, For the last 2 weeks, I felt like a stomach full after light food taken in evening times, From last 1 week suffering with loose motions, after taking tablet controlling motions. Next day again, motions repeating, ìn a day minimum 6 to 8 times going to motions. But there are no other health issues like fever or tiredness or pain in the stomach but noticed some weight loss and sometimes mild pain coming left hand side upper stomach ribs area. So please suggest what happened

Can I take Bifilac sachets as a prebiotic and probiotic supplement twice a week to maintain gut health? Will there be any side effects? I don't eat fermented foods much and can't make changes in my diet, so I want to have some supplements for prebiotics and probiotics.

My son is 1.5 year old, he always goes to motion while eating 3 times a day and vomiting the whole food, which was taken in,while going motion. I have lower side chest pain for 4 weeks now my gp told me its gastric and prescribed me some medicines those are not helping had ECG for safer side and it was normal checked for LFT & RFT reports came normal, pain in lower chest while eating and right after eating what can it be?

I am getting left side abdominal pain from weeks which get better after few days, the pain is not constant, but i am way too gassy and my bowel moments are changing like some times loose motion sometimes constipation when there is pain and i eat full stomach the pain goes away and comes back after few hours, there is no blood in stool etc

I’ve had persistent upper right quadrant pain for about a month, which radiates slightly to the chest and increases after meals. I have multiple small gallstones (2–4 mm) and grade 1 fatty liver. LFT: SGOT 48, SGPT 81. TSH 6.98 (hypothyroid), LDL 116, A/G ratio 1.32. I also have acidity, stomach fullness, and is currently on ibs medicine with no improvement. Gallbladder walls are not swollen. Is the pain due to gallstones or something else? Do I need surgery or are there any alternative treatments? Please advise.
