Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi , my husband is in Pune for last one week. He had diarrhoea yesterday and he took one pill of lamo phone tablet. His symptoms have subsided and he is feeling better now. However, i am little worried as he is in Pune. Can we do something as preventive Measures? Please suggest .

After eating I feel heavy. Feel as if I am unfit.  Empty stomach I feel better. I am gaining weight too  specially at lower abdomen. Indigestion problem I am having from last few months in between I had gastric problem too.. doctor prescribed me some medicine but  few weeks I felt alright. Please help me with this.

I am a 42 year old male , I have been experiencing food reflux immediately after have bf lunch or dinner Also I burp a lot after eating oily and spicy foods Been addicted to omez and pan d I don't drink or smoke But I am foodie

I have gone through ultrasound of whole abdomen. Everything was clear except the grade 2 fatty liver. Last week I got tested for liver enzymes. And I got sgot-39(17-59) and sgpt-27(less than 50). I searched everywhere but this doesn't indicate a grade 2 fatty liver. I was alcoholic but left alcohol for near 1 month. My weight is 110.8kg. I am attaching the LFT report with this. Kindly guide.
