Stomach Problems & Remedies

In the last few weeks I am feeling too much gas in my stomach with constant blurping. Also there has been loss of appetite and some weight loss. It isn't getting better even after taking acidity medicine. Can it be a H polyri infection? And which test should I go for to determine the cause ?

I have diagnosed IBD aka UC in 2024 march due to steriods course i have gained about 8 9 kgs due after stopping steriods my weight started losing without any efforts almost lost 5 6 kgs in 6 months. I am feeling very under confidence i just want to gain some weight and put on some muscle mass as before pls any one can suggest me any supplement or deit regarding conclusion. And also for Hb my hb is currently 11.0 and my GI suggested me Livogen tbs

Weight is 94 and height is 5" 10. Sgot is 91 and sgpt is 129 report  . Please suggest medicines for normalising them to 54 levels and ultrasound shows fatty liver.

Hi doctor, Hope you are doing well! After eating anything i fart a lot from last month. My daily routin morning i take one glss warm water with lemon dried coriander afterthat roti with lassi then carrot juice them roti with lassi and at night 1 drink 1/2 beer with salad or 1/2 cigrette and after that roti. Also i notice one thing when i drink beer more next day i fart a lot. Also i have attached my LFT report of last week . Please let me know what can i do for resolve this

I finished my antibiotics course for H Pylori in Early January and I am currently taking 1 Veloz IT tablet and Sucral O syrup twice. Can I do the stool antigen to retest if the bacteria is still there or not? Please suggest as one of the doctors told me its ok to do the test without stopping the medicines.

My stool always floats and its in yellow/pale yellow color. I am not gaining weight also(i am just above underweight). Does this means i have fat malabsorption? 6 month back i did abdominal scan and dont have any stone and all.. Then why i am not gaining weight(thyroid also normal)

My father is struggling with mild stomach ache due to gas and frequent sensation to pass bowel. This is persistent for the last 01 week or so. Ultrasound is normal. Doctor advised Zifi 200 along with metrogyl 400. Is it good to take both medicine together since my father is heart patient?
