I’ve had persistent upper right quadrant pain for about a month, which radiates slightly to the chest and increases after meals. I have multiple small gallstones (2–4 mm) and grade 1 fatty liver. LFT: SGOT 48, SGPT 81. TSH 6.98 (hypothyroid), LDL 116, A/G ratio 1.32. I also have acidity, stomach fullness, and is currently on ibs medicine with no improvement. Gallbladder walls are not swollen. Is the pain due to gallstones or something else? Do I need surgery or are there any alternative treatments? Please advise.

I wanted to confirm: How much time gap should I maintain between taking the antibiotics and the probiotic capsule? From past 2 days my father was complaining of gas and incomplete bowel emptying. I suggested him to take a Kayamkulam tablet at night. Today he felt well but , he had 3 loose motion. I mostly feel nausea and burping after eating. It feels that food will come out from mouth. Mild stomach ache is there sometimes. Sometimes feel burning sensation at the back. Stool is acidic sometimes.
