Bloating for 2 months despite hepanil needs investigation. Get ultrasound abdomen, stool test, H.pylori test. Try probiotics, digestive enzymes. Avoid gas-forming foods, eat slowly. If persists, may need endoscopy. Consider lactose intolerance testing.
