I ate sea food and got loose motions and vomit. From past 5 months my stomach is not able to digest so many things and whenever I eat something it gets bloated(I think from sugary food like watermelon). My B12 and D3 deficiency. Can I take DoxT-SL medicine for diarrhoea alone(or any other combination is required with it?)

Hello docs, I'm having issues like excessive gas, bloating, stomach tightness, gas pressure in the throat and constant Burping. First I developed this issue in Sep, 2022 starting with bp low and anxiety one fine evening out of nowhere. Later on physical weakness started with burping all day long and gas issues and sudden anxiety or panic attacks, severe coughing/cold, sweaty & cold finger tips etc on various days continuously. I was diagnosed with vitamin deficiencies, e.g.- vitamin D3(13), Vitamin B12(222), Iron deficiency and hemoglobin (12.80) majorly. This all started just 1 month after a traumatic relationship breakup. After recovery in 4-5 months I felt better for 1&half year, but now again burping, gas, tightness in throat and stomach started from past 4months with cold finger tips. Now Vitamins D3(11), B12(258), Iron (175), hemoglobin (15.8), SGPT(79), USG wh abdmn with pvr shows fatty liver grade1, ECG normal. Please suggest how to recover from gas and burping issue specially.

1. Pl check report and suggest for liver 2 B12 and D3 Normal as per report but leg pain daily 3. Digestion problem and bally fat

Sir, I'm suffering from hyperacidity, chest pain, gas and also sometimes feel fainting also. This is going on from 1 year regularly. I have done my heart tests like ecg echo but they are normal. I also suffering from anxiety from 1 year too. This problem has ruined my daily life as I can't even perform daily activities bcz of these issues Please help me.

I have literally Zero Omega 3 and omega 6 in my body. And even i have report of this but then also Doctor in Bhopal refused ti give intravenous lipids I don't know why they want to resolve my problem. . My body Dont Absorbing fats after Covid 19 I don't know why I don't have Celiac disease Nor IBS or IBD Nor nothing My all reports clear But my body don't Absorb fats . Hi doctor my baby is 3 years old...she complained stomach pain after eating for the past 1 month ... suddenly she started vomiting...so took to hospital...she diagnosed with mesenteric adenitis...am attaching the scan report...dr prescribed antibiotics cexifime 100mg twice a day for 7 days and tinidazole for 5 days...after taking the antibiotics vomiting completely reduced and she stopped complaining stomach pain but after 2 days after stopping the antibiotics after completing full course medicine...she is sometimes says having stomach pain after meals...is this normal?? Or need to consult dr again...will that infection cured for this 7 days course antibiotics???

Alt/sgpt is 130u/l is this concerning do i need to take doctor precautionary. Please let me know or should i take healthy diet.
