Motion is not going well, initially separate hard lumps like nuts from the past 1 Month. This happened once I got a fever last month. 3 months ago it also happened like this, later became normal. What to do ?

My stomach keeps getting upset whatever I eat. I have had stomach related issues since a long time but it wasn't this bad. Initially few weeks back it was constipation then now since few days it is this. Today it's paining in the upper part of the stomach. I have visited the washroom at least 5 times today. And due to prolonged sitting my legs are also paining. Can someone please suggest some quick solution until I can visit the doctor this week?

My father and my grandmother both have genetic liver problems which results in excess bilirubin levels they both have bilirubin levels around 2 mg/dl but other hand i have bilirubin level apprx 8-10 mg/dl . I want to know whether it can be treated permanently or not bcz i'm suffering alot 😔

Sir/medam, My thiamine levels are 14 nmol/L and reference range is 65-200 nmol/L and is whole blood edta LC/MS-MS method Is it the accurate method?? I am having thiamine low and present my symptoms are weight loss upto 15 kgs in just 4 months and difficulty walking, sleep disturbances, constipation etc; Is really these symptoms are related to thiamine deficiency and that 14 level is too low Please answer me

Hi doctor I'm male 35 yrs having thyroid since 2yrs taking 50 mcg thyronorm .I have digestion issues doctor suggested few test my amylase level is 170 and lipase is 70 I don't drink alcohol nor smoke since 3 yrs ... I am experiencing fresh red blood in my stool for the second time. My stool consistency is normal and solid — not loose. However, after passing stool, I feel a sharp pain along with a burning sensation, especially when I wash the area. There is no history of diarrhea, fever, or abdominal pain, and the bleeding appears to be from the anal region rather than mixed with the stool. The blood is bright red, indicating it is likely from a lower source. I would like your advice and treatment plan for this Please help

Severe pain in abdomen with a loud cry and instant jumping for 10 seconds.Ultrasound,kidney,urine and blood test,ultrasound for abdomen is also normal.No pain in night when in sleep.No conspitation,goes once to toilet but fecal is thin.what type of pain is this.The dr.has given ofloxicin with metrozil and an Anesthetic antigastric gel.

Pain in back after eating and chest after over eating. Pain in lower back is there. Any other tool than endoscopy for diagnosis.
