I've been taking Clavum 625 for 4 days and I've been getting watery stools for almost a day and it has become frequently after dinner

I have a pain above navel abd feeling vomitish, I took aciloc and zenflox an hour ago, what to do now still paining ?

Looking for doctor opinion on what is the issues I am having. My mouth keeps making saliva even few hours after eating or drinking. I am eating no spice but problem is still there. There is also vomit feeling all the time with some nausea. My doctor has tried pantaprazole for a month and now osemaprazole but no relief. I am not drinking any tea or coffee either. Sometime there is a feeling of lump in throat. Food goes down easily though.

Bloody stool and pain in anal .nt able to sit properly . please let me know how to slove the issue .
