Your ultrasound shows excessive gas in the bowel, grade 1 fatty liver, and mild fatty infiltration of the pancreas. These findings are common and often related to diet, lifestyle, and sometimes underlying conditions like fatty liver disease or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Next Steps
Since you’re experiencing ongoing loose stools and not feeling normal despite your current medications, here’s what you can do: 1. Dietary Adjustments:Try a bland, low-fat diet for a few days. Avoid spicy, oily, and processed foods. Eat smaller, frequent meals and stay hydrated. 2. Probiotics:Consider adding a probiotic supplement or curd/yogurt to your diet, as this can help restore healthy gut bacteria. 3. Monitor Symptoms:Keep a diary of your bowel movements, diet, and any other symptoms. This can help identify triggers. 4. Medication Review:Since you’re already on Rifaximin and other medications, don’t add or stop anything without consulting your near by doctor. 5. Follow-Up:If symptoms persist, worsen, or you notice blood in stools, weight loss, or severe pain, please follow up for further evaluation. Sometimes, additional tests like stool analysis or colonoscopy may be needed.
Health Tips
Remember, fatty liver and pancreatic changes are often manageable with lifestyle changes. Keep your doctor updated about any new or worsening symptoms.

Prescription is quite good. Joyous need to CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY FIRST OTHERWISE NO THERAPY GIVES U PROPER RESULT. EXCESSIVE  GAS FILLED BOWEL  AS U HAVE  FATTY  LIVER, IBS, NOT PROPER  BOWEL  MOVEMENT,  NOT TO WORRY  ABOUT THIS PART. YES, FATTY LIVER  IBS DEFINITELY  DEMANDS DRASTIC  CHANGE IN LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN. STOOL.SOME DAY NORMAL SOME DAYS  LIKE DIARRHOEA. IS THE SYMPTOM OF IBD. USE PRE N PRO BIOTIC,   GARLIC,  ONION  IS PROBIOTIC,  BUTTERMILK CURD  ARE PROBIOTIC.

Your ultrasound showing excess gas in bowel loops, grade-1 fatty liver, and mild pancreatic fatty infiltration usually indicates gastritis + IBS-like symptoms + mild fatty liver, not a serious disease. The soft/loose stools and stomach discomfort can continue even while taking medicines like Rifaximin, Penta DSR, Glunav C, Merofort because these conditions improve slowly and require diet + lifestyle changes along with medications. Excess gas itself can cause bloating, incomplete evacuation, loose stools, and a “not normal” feeling.
Next Steps
Avoid milk, curd, heavy dals (rajma/chole), fried foods, oily foods, outside foods. Avoid carbonated drinks, coffee, alcohol, and artificial sweeteners. Eat simple diet: rice, roti (light), boiled vegetables, dal (moong dal), bananas, papaya, oats, idli, soups. Drink more water; take a probiotic. Walk 20–30 minutes daily.
Health Tips
If you notice persistent diarrhea for more than 2 weeks, weight loss, fever, blood in stool, or severe abdominal pain, consult a doctor for a stool test and further evaluation

Your ultrasound findings are pointing toward two different issues that are getting mixed together: “Excessive gas in bowel loops” This doesn’t come from the ultrasound alone it usually means your gut is irritated, inflamed, or moving irregularly. Soft stools + diarrhoea-like pattern + occasional solid stool = classic IBS-like pattern or malabsorption-type disturbance. Rifaximin helps, but only if the exact cause is correctly identified. If the underlying trigger is still active (diet pattern, pancreatic insufficiency, infection, bile issues, SIBO, fatty liver–related dysmotility), symptoms persist even after medication. Grade-1 fatty liver + mild fatty pancreas This does not cause diarrhoea directly, but it definitely affects digestion over time because the pancreas and liver support fat breakdown and gut motility. When both start getting fatty infiltration, digestion becomes erratic → gas, bloating, inconsistent stools. Your current treatment is incomplete You are on multiple medicines, but none of them address: your diet triggers whether you have pancreatic insufficiency whether this is IBS, SIBO, or post-infection gut irritation sleep, stress, or gallbladder-related factors which foods are worsening bowel gas Unless these are evaluated, symptoms continue even with medicines. What you actually need now A structured assessment of: stool pattern dietary history antibiotic response ultrasound correlates fatty liver risk factors pancreatic function whether enzymes or probiotics are even needed Without this, every medicine will only give temporary relief. If you want a clear plan and personalised analysis I can check your ultrasound, symptoms, and history in detail and tell you exactly what is causing this and how to fix it step-by-step without unnecessary medicines.
