I had a Nissen funfoplication 3 months Back it has give me a great relief . I got to know that This surgery will become less Effective or not effective after some time is it true dr . Won't it last life long . I am scared that I will face the same issue after some time

I have stomach pain nearly 2weeks. There is no urination issue, no fever, no severe pain. Pain sometimes come and sometimes not there. I have taken usg before 6 month. Detected fatty liver. Whether fatty liver cause pain in  lower stomach? No other issue like appendix. Kindly tell any solution
