Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm suffering from constipation since long,just like a showering without full motion,as feeling yet to have something in my stomach. Daily,I generally go to excrete thrice r sometimes four according to the extent of spicy in the intake of my food. Give me some cureble medicines for it, suffering from leg pains also after walking little longer

After going in farm or near plant suddenly I am feeling like something different like my body nerves feeling heat my stomach suddenly upset start vomitting and feeling vertigo what is tha reason behind this pls help pls I am feeling very scary

I m having pain in my left side of abdomen from past few months Firstly I thought it was due to gas but It's paining like tearing something apart and also having problem in poop its very thin and unable to empty stomach pls tell if if it's concerning?

I was having problem of frequent urination. Then some antibiotics were prescribed fir 10days. After taking antibiotics I hv severe pain in my stomach. I got my stomach examined through ultrasound. No cler stone found suspected stone Then X ray done no stone observed. After taking antibiotics I was having problem of stomach bloating and burning. I started taking Pan D for last 7 days after consulting doctor. In day no much issue but in the evening stomach starts bloating unable to sleep. I hv lost my appetite. I feel always full.
