Sir i am having gerd and i take esomac d 40 for 1 month no cure i want permanent cure any tips on this pliz help

It will help you a lot, much more than any medicines. In fact even if you get operated , you will still need to follow lifestyle modifications.

Just taking medicines won't help you need life style modification. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid outside food. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Don't over eat. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid stress. Go for morning and evening walks everyday Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking Avoid tobacco and pan masala.
