Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have acidity most of the time, and i can feel an external hermorhoid while taking a dump which pains a little when i do the act. Today, it bled. I read about it and am trying to change my diet and starting to exercise. I am overwieght, weigh 86 kgs for a 5'3" height. Can you pls help me understand how to resolve this and what sort of medication (aryurvedic or allopathic) will be effective?

My mother having too much stomach pain and feel like a gas problem, I went to a doctor near to me and he has given a medical and ingestion also but after 6 hours still she has a same pain so can you suggest what to do to get instant relief.

Have get it ultrasound and urien test completed but no where show stone but there some diifect 8n kidney so might be stone issue pls suggest

Many times mild stomach pain after eating. I assumed it may be be temporary, but I am had it many times in last one week.

I always feel constipated, i always having a hard time to poo. I dont know the reason why. Is there something i can do to regularly without taking any medicines? Is herbal or laxative tea is safe to take regularly like 2 times a week? (I recently change my diet and loss 10kg now and after that conatipation always occur.is there correlation)

I Initially started having fissures in May 2015 leading to addition of gas and indigestion in 2016 and now in 2017 I have all of the above alongwith with burping. It's unbearable and disturbing.

I was diagnosed with acute dysentery the past week. My stool was watery and had mucus and blood in it. I went to washroom like 30 to 40 times in 3 days.
