Please check my ct abdomen scan and tell me what is there???is there anything serious! I m having so much stomach pain

I have been having a stomach ache since yesterday. The pain is severe but happens in breaks. I thought it's an acidity problem and will be solved over the nights sleep but it's still persistent.

I am having stomach issues since last 3 4 years. gas problem, belching, bloating growling of stomach, cramps etc. Gas problem in early morning . stool with lot of gas. I have taken alot of medication but no help. Endoscopy everything ... Please help. Whether its an infection?

I have this problem since 4 years, I have tried fiber supplements stool softeners like cramafin and cramafin plus but of less use only helping drug is dulcaflex tab or suppositories, I m smoker, occasional drinker, my food generally rice. Less physical activity, please suggest to overcome this problem.

I was treated for reactive hyperplasia 6 months ago after a biopsy test. At that time, it was severe loosemotion,and stomachpain after trratment everything got fine. But now from last 7 days,facing the same issues like very much stomachpain, severe loosemotion, abdominal cramping. I am much worried that whether that benign hyperplasia has turned into malignant or something other is there. I just had a saline water drip yesterday as doctor said it may be due to dehydration. I dont know but i am much about all this, is there anything serious. Please help me over this issue as early as possible.

I've immense stomach Ache since morning. Can't sleep because of this. Didn't have proper since few days.

I've been having loose motions since morning. Later, Stomach Ache once in an hour or so. Now, felling shiverish and might have fever.

I had went to a sushi restaurant 2 days ago and I had leftovers. So yesterday I decided to eat the leftovers. After I ate it I drink tea and then all the sudden I felt sick and my stomach started hurting I thought my stomach was hurting because I was just full but no my mother told me to lie down but then I just sat on the toilet for 20 minutes just thinking do I have to use the bathroom. Nothing came out so I want to go lie down, but then I just started throwing up. After I threw up twice I felt better until later on in the day. My stomach started hurting again and I vomited. Fast forward to this day it's the same thing.

I experienced blood while defacting twice within 20 days period. Till today, I didn't take any medical advice or medicine from any Doctor..please advice me what to do and where to get medical care regarding the problem.

Today all of a sudden in gym.. when I got on cycling machine I felt discomfort and pain while sitting as the seat was not comfortable... I continued for 15 minutes. Later after two hours.. I feel a small lump at size of small pea in the rectum. I have taken a pic of it. I need any OTC medicine for it. And please let me know. What is it exactly?
