I had gone in a hospital in Chennai last week and they suggested me for laparoscopy surgery for this. Could you please suggest me which surgery is best for me? Well.. The both open and laparoscopic surgery are good . Recurrence rate depends upon patient's condition, other diseases during surgery like respiratory diseases etc. As such laparoscopic surgery has advantage of small scars.
